Hey so I warthog a lot in warzone, first thing I did is buy a ton of bronze pack.
So I always have warthogs ready to go.
Now much of the time this gives my team an edge letting us dominate early in the game, however sometimes in the heat of the battle driving from enemies and in tight places I accidentally run some teammates over. I have only been kicked twice for this out of all the games I have played, however it got me thinking is there a warzone ban?
Has anyone been banned from warzone yet temporary?
There is I think its stupid because its got join in progress i dont think people should get banned in it =/
Oh you were that guy !
If you get kicked out to often from a match, you can get temporarily banned since the system registers it equally as if you leave games.

-Yoink- sorry did I run you over? If so my bad, really didn’t mean too lol
But yeah doesn’t happen too often, maybe once in every 15 or so games?
So idk what the ban rate is

just joking hehe but I indeed got ran over a few times today
well on launch day I left about 10 arena matches in a row then I got a temporary ban. It’s unlikely that this will happen to you by accidentially running teammates over so you’ll be fine
There is something wonky with hogs and the mongoose in this game, they seem oddly weighted towards the left and really floaty so every time you hit even the smallest bump you nearly flip the dumb thing over. I am not the best hog driver but could do pretty well in previous games but something seems off with them this time around, don’t remember them always being so temper mental and random when going over bumps.
With that said i still manage to hold them under control most of the time and haven’t been kicked yet for running too many friendlies over, almost all of my (very few) betrays are morons jumping out of windows or off cliffs right into the path of my hog so i have no time to react to them, or just the jackoffs that sit in the middle of the road (cmon people there is plenty of cover, you don’t need to sit in the road blocking your teams vehicles) in enemy territory so you end up hitting them when trying to get out of there to keep your gunner alive. I often honk when near teamates to give them a heads up to move and not jump in front of me but they all appear to be deaf and do it anyway, most of the time i can stop in time before making them roadkill.
I hope they don’t ban for that. It can be difficult to avoid people that just blindly run in front of a vehicle going full tilt. There is also the problem of teammates spawning six inches in front of your warthog.

They do flip pretty easy, however they usually flip back over on there own with kicking you out so you have to do it manually. I like that lol
Just from what I’ve seen on the menu, I believe if you get kicked enough you’ll face a small multiplayer ban that’ll probably stack up over time the more you do it.

Lol my problem is I
like going straight into a firefight. Problem is if there are a ton of enemies there are prolly a ton of friendlies around too lol
I literally have played 5 games. Played 4 successfully and quit one game to go to work and I have been banned for 20 hours. I still can’t get into a match. This -Yoink- is ridiculous. I think I may have backed out of matchmaking once or twice but damn, you aren’t allowed to back out before the game even starts? How long does this ban last?
Allies dies from being hit to easily. a very slow slight tap from a ghost destroys an allies shield.this was no the case in other halos. not to this extreme at least. it very annoying because teams ALWAYS jump infront of my warthog or ghost making me have to came to a stop to not kill them.
I got a question and wondering if it’s considered a ban due to me being new to warzone in Halo 5.
I learned that you can get banned through leaving matches and such in Arena, as I have been banned for 4 times. No more than that, and learned my lesson once I realized I read on forums. Again, I’m new to this whole Halo Multiplayer scene. Then I wanted to try warzone since I heard it was fun. I never left matches carelessly in warzone, or do anything wrong. I’d only leave if it was an emergency, like getting off my Xbox for something. Then one day I finished a warzone game, didn’t leave. It said “Intermission” and I pressed B to leave. Then I opened back to see the options blocked. No red warning signs beside the modes like the Arena games when you get temporarily banned. Can anyone explain that please? I’m a little confused.
