General:
Req Cap For Defenders, capping at every third tier per base, ie 3 at base one, 6 at base 2 etc.
Stops defending players whipping out fuel rods at base one from the kill farm
Longer respawn timer for attackers.
Same reasone we have longet respawning in objective
1 Grenade starts.
Map specific:
The back ramping on spire for Apex 7 should not be part of the cap zone
