Warzone Assault feels like Reach Invasion meets BTB to me and the matches are classic short. I love it. When I play regular Warzone, in my experience I feel like I already know who’s going to win too soon after the match starts and then the rest of the game just drags itself out from there. At least in WZA, if I’m getting slaughtered, it won’t be for long, but even if I’m winning in regular WZ, I just relax and wait for the game to end so I can collect my winnings and move on.
I think regular WZ needs some kind of fine tuning to either drag out the unknowing outcome in the beginning, (for example, making the bases harder to capture from the AI in the beginning) or just shortening the matches all together.
Also, if 343i could add a fun and challenging strictly PvE WZ mode, it would not only be super awesome, but it would undeniably increase the longevity of this game and definitely encourage REQ sales. winks at 343
Your thoughts?
I love Warzone Assault, but it needs to have at least one more base to capture, if not two. Games can be way too short.
They need to sort out the spawns so you don’t spawn 100+ meters away from your base when the other team is trying to cap most of time I spawn on east armory and spawned closer to the main base than the armory is just stupid.
Also the core in assist needs more hit points it just dies to quick when a team gets in there with 2 fuelrods
regular warzone does not need to be shorter. I have played warzone matches that end in about 8 minutes thanks to core destruction
Wow, you guys have been able to get past the 1st base. I’ve done 6 games already and nobody has been able to capture the 1st objective

You know this system is in place because of how easy it would be to stop enemies from capping a base
