I have been hoping for a tweak to Warzone Assault. Basically, what I am proposing is if the attacking team captures the first two bases, but fails to destroy the core, it should be a tie since the defenders lost 2 of their bases. It sucks when you are attacking and get so close to destroying the core but still get a loss. I feel having the tie option will make it better as the middle base will become much more important.
if you do not complete the objective you do not win, no exceptions. destroying core for attackers in wz assault = the objective. How can the match be a tie if the attackers failed to complete their objective? Attackers attack the same amount of bases the defenders defend.

Exactly, so if the attackers get two bases and the defenders lose two bases, why not have it tie?
Think of other game modes where you have to capture 3 flags to win, if each team has 2 when the time is up, its a tie.
Marines should help the attackers since marines do help the defenders.

This, they are freakin beast! I had a marine melee me and kill me the other day, how does that even work? I was wrecking it until then so I had to get a video of it lol. “Wrecking spartans but stopped by an armed civilian” basically.

because warzone is defend/attack unlike ctf where is is both attack and defend for each team. There is one objective for each team in wza, defend or attack. If you fail to do either, you are not a winner, but a loser. If you get 2 bases, but fail to destroy the core, you did not complete your objective, meaning you lost to the other team, who did complete their objective. It really is simple
