Warzone Assault teammates never defend bases....

Have you ever played Warzone Assault and your teammates NEVER defend the bases and end up losing? This has always happened to me and I am wondering who else is stuck in this situation.

no the worst team are the members that dont defend and kill you for the ball. They also never shoot the enemy team and instead run behind you trying to betray you for the ball.

Yay, happened 3 times yesterday, dang randoms lol

All the time. It hurts, but playing solo is like getting lucky.

I think you’re talking about Grifball, Proph3t, not WA.

To answer your question, OP: Absolutely. It happens to me 70% of the time I play WA. In fact, all of Warzone makes no sense to me from a W/L standpoint. I win about 53% of my arena games (I play alone at all times), but with Warzone, I’ve recently won about one out of every 4. My teams just don’t seem to know what the purpose of the game mode is.

Hey man, i’ve been there. Just got destroyed in the last 3 matches even with a fireteam of 4 because the rest of the friendlies were either playing slayer or couldnt hit anything. Send me a friend invite on live and lets team up later.

I’ve long been of the opinion that most players quite honestly don’t know how any objective modes work.

Seems like more often than not. I often wonder if people know how to play the objective.

oh -Yoink- I misread this and thought he was talking about assault my bad lol

You can always add me, and maybe we can get a full team. I’ve been looking to team up with good players. My gt is “The Expierience”

The problem I have is that defenders spawn 100 meters from the garage, and the team can’t even make it back to defend before we’re picked off

in the 3 wza games that i have played, my team did not do too much for the bases and rather did one hell of a job defending the core instead. they set up 2 oni hogs to watch the side corridors while people with shottys and swords guarded the front entrances, the rest of us were picking off the enemy from the gaps in the side corridors, i honestly did not expect such coordination till then as i saw the horrible job that was done with the armories.

That’s because they’re too desperate to get kills (the only way to climb the team’s scoreboard in Warzone Assault.) to actually think about the game type’s true objective.
