It seems that spawn killing has become more and more common.
On array the spire map.
Red jumps off the spire and kills blue when they have little to no cover.
(Hard to deffend yourself if 3 people shoot you as you spawn)

On summit the snow map.
Red will stand facing the blue teams spawn, from the “fortress”
And battle riffle blue over and over, can deffend from the low ground.
…
And the last assault map dispatch .this time red gets spawn killed.
Blue stands right near the tunnel opening and spawn kills. While some blue members br the from the roof. Spawn killing over and over.
Make passive team specific “soft kill” bounderie
At the location of spawn and at the common areas to spawn kill from.
So that spawn killers won’t try to.

Or make the game acknowledge spawn killing as a metal.
Than in warzone assault only. (To test it)
If a team accumulates too many of theese they get penalized.(loss of xp/rp??) (Weaker shields for those with the most spawn kills?)
Or the spawn kill victims get a random power up.
(Speed boost, camo, or overshield)
Ya i agree this is an pain that has really gotten annoying now. I can kind leave it on offense as its a good way to work as a team and keep the defenders from getting back to defend but the defenders should definitely not be able to
Holy crap! Many months later and this is still a problem?? Literally just got done with the worst playlist of spawn killing so naturally going to the forums to see what’s up and i see when this was posted and it’s still a freaking problem
It’s only an issue if you allow it to become one. I personally always look for ways to take the objectives while keeping red as far away as possible. If you’re talking about spawn killing and not capping objective, then I agree with you wholeheartedly.

When the whole (or majority) of the enemy team spawn kills.
Instead of doing the objective.
Or uses spawn killing as their primary tactic.

This is also a problem for grifbal. (Since always)
Yeah, every WZA map suffers from this. Can’t play it anymore. Problem is really that offense is a valid strategy in “defending”… If you’re killing them where they spawn and never letting them near the base, then they won’t make it in to cap.

But the thing is, most aren’t. Most of the time they are already wearing the helmet. Anymore it is just people boosting their KDA and Win percentage. Things that don’t really matter in the scheme of things. If you check the users Service Record, 9 times out of 10 they don’t even have a rank on Arena let alone a positive K/D. They’ll have the armor, be level 141, and be boosting a stat that means so little in the game. Frankly it’s amusing that they waste so much of their time doing it. It bothers me because I can rarely get a warzone win of the day. They’ll boost Reqs on regular warzone or boost commendations because apparently suck too much at the game to get things legitimate.
