I don’t get it I thought this had increased in popularity but I can’t find a game at all. It was my favorate game mode on halo 5.
in the UK and I’m searching during the day but I get match with US players in other playlist so I don’t see why it’s an issue.
I haven´t found a game since June or so. I haven´t even played the two latest wz assault maps that were made. Such waste, they should make BTB maps instead and/or convert those wz assault maps to BTB maps.

I had no issue playing about 10 games in a row of it yesterday.
This was happening to me earlier today. I was trying to play but could not find a game
I search on expanded. From Singapore here so unsure which servers im at. I tend to be able to find matches easily arnd morning till noon. After that its a rare sight to find WZA aasault games.

Expanded for me is like an unlearning experience cause it doesn’t matter about being pin point to land hits. Missed hits will land and landed hits will miss. The over all tactic for playing on expanded isn’t helpful for trying to improve.
There tends to be a lot more missing animation.
It only became an issue because of search preferences I had better games before the update
I managed to find one game on expanded it was pretty bad I had issues with seeing my shields go down and half a second delayed damage on the enemy team. I didn’t do terribly for the 1st time playing it in ages.
Not too sure if my tactics would of worked so great on a game that was balanced.
Ouch this sounds bad. I haven’t played it in awhile and this doesn’t inspire me too though

Of coarse that’s what it’s like for you because there isn’t any dedicated EU servers.
On expanded I’m getting matched with people from the EU but when I put it on balanced or focused on other playlists I don’t get matched with people from the EU but people from the US.
I shouldn’t be having worse connections when I’m playing people nearer to me and better connections with people further away.
I’m in Canada, and the only time I struggle with finding a match is when I queue up for Infection late at night.
I’m having a lot of fun playing WZ assault again but the lag is making close quarters difficult. People’s shields are often miss leading.
Oh really? You think you got it bad? Just try out the Oceanic servers, we basically needed that region lock to be lifted if we wanted to play anything that isn’t slayer, swat, infection, grifball and warzone. Everything else was dead
Every time I jump in the playlist I get a game going in about 30 sec. I think this is a case of 343’s infamously bad foreign servers

You have next to zero chance of finding a game on focused. I have to use expanded, and sometimes have quite a long wait.
Same goes for FFA, which plays like absolute crap half the time. It really sucks, I’d rather be able to search focused for connection but expanded for skill.
I’m not sure but I checked my halo tracker stats and my halo tracker rating rank for warzone compared to arena seems kind of high. Not sure if my hidden rank might be higher up.
I used to only play warzone assault before they added search preferences. That’s when my search times went bad. Though my profile is showing wrong numbers for ammount of games played on each map I think cause I played it straight till I unlocked every thing.
but if there is enough US players I would of thought I’d find a game on balanced like I do in other playlists.
I found two matches pretty quickly in the last week and I live in Ireland. It’s probably just server issues.

Is that on expanded or balance at least cause the play style that works for me on expanded with bad lag doesn’t work at all on any other setting and I’ve developed a lot of bad habits because of it.
But 2 matches isn’t significant in a week. I’m talking trying every day at different times trying to find the right time for heavy population and nothing works since they added search preferences.
Don’t know why but every time I get temple I never spawn at 1st base with every one else I spawn far away or near temple on my own. That doesn’t seem right.
I have no problem finding matches; I just can’t stand playing it or regular WZ any more. Too many coordinated teams are making it really tough to enjoy any modes with objectives and selective spawn zones.
