Warzone Assault: Array

Anyone else doesn’t like to play Warzone Assault on Array as an attacker? I played over 10 games on Array the last day, and EVERY single game I was Attack. Not a single time I was on defending side. This can’t be just bad luck. And I lost every single game, we did not even captured the spire, because it seems impossible. The spawns on this maps are just horrible. The map is just not designed for this game type. Every other map on Warzone Assault is so much better. Anyone else agree on that points? Just hope I can play on defense one day again. Just ridiculous how I’m always on the attacker side, which is way harder on that map.

It’s bad luck, but I know how you feel.

Defending is always easier than attacking on all assault maps. Attacking reminds me of jumping into a meat grinder over and over.

Array is the worst WZA map in my opinion. At least for the initial objective. Heck, even Urban had more ways to get in the base. Array is just one big hill climb to even have an attempt at capping. If the defending team gets BR’s, it’s game-over.

Capturing the spire is insanely difficult, but that’s it. I think after that it’s like any other WA map.

The Spire’s too damn good a defensive position to be honest.

I love that map.

It’s actually quite easy to take with a communicative team. You can surround the spire with vantage points, which then turns the defenders into fish in a barrel. As far as routes into the spire go,

I can think of 7 unique ways to get on to the Spire without putting much effort into thinking.

This. The Spire is a pain if it’s a bunch of randoms, but with just 6 or 7 different people communicating it’s not too bad. To me the fortress is the most difficult to capture with all the hiding places. Any time I get defense on fortress I’m happy because we can just get a few active camo hidden at different times in different places and it’s an instant win. That, or just spawn vehicles over and over and drive them in circles since it’s spawns them in base.
