Hi all,

So I played through the campaign over the course of a few days. This past weekend I went to play online and it tells me I don’t have the privileges and need an Xbox live account. I have Xbox live, I can load up and play the masterchief collection along with other games. I’ve tried hard resetting, moving the Xbox to a different house with different internet, I’ve checked all my settings and troubleshot just about everything my brother and I can find on this problem. Does anyone else have this problem or have suggestions on how I can fix this? Do I have to buy the req packs to play online? I’m lost.

Anu suggestions would be appreciated.

Try signing in to Xbox.com and checking that out. Or, maybe your account’s privilege settings are messed up.

I checked all the account privileges. If that’s what it was wouldn’t it effect my online privileges across the board? My friend told me to try uninstalling and reinstalling the game so I’m going to try that. Xbox.Com was a dead end to. It’s so strange.
