Warzone also needs to implement quit bans

You don’t know how many times, I’m playing WZ or WZ Assualt and just because the enemy team is an entire team of communicating sweaties, doesn’t mean 90% of the team should quit out. Sometimes those spots are NEVER filled so we are down a couple of players and stand no fighting chance.

Warzone needs quit bans yes no?

Does it try to match up fire teams by size? Because I feel like that might should be part of matching. As for quit bans I think they do already.

I’m pretty sure they have quit bans, doesn’t it have the little bit telling you that at the lobby selection screen? Or did they remove them?

This wouldn’t be a problem if Matchmaking didn’t match randoms against a full, communicating team. Not many people want to play in a match like that.

Nobody wants that.

Warzone already has quit bans.

Which is stupid, since it’s a JIP mode.

I get the idea behind quit bans in Arena, even though they don’t work and never will solve the problem.

But punishing quitting in a JIP mode is asinine.

Totally agreed about WZ & JIP.

And honestly, for Arena, they should just make it so that searching is locked out & instead replaced with a “re-join match” option until the game is over.
And maybe an EXP loss if they don’t come back because that actually seemed like a surprisingly good incentive for people in H3. I really expected the quit bans to be more effective, but in retrospect I don’t think that has panned out so well.

Of course, I would only apply this to the first 1 or 2 people to quit. If you’re fighting alone or 2v4, it shouldn’t care at all if you quit.

This is a huge contributor right now, I’m still really not sure if I’ll even play Arena at all this season because of it. By the end of last season, I was spending more time just trying to find a decent match and/or teammates than I actually spent playing the game!

Haha, no hats for me sir. I’m just re-posting what others have already said many times. Other games have already used this exact system, not sure why 343 is so far behind the curve.

… though since it involves network code, I wouldn’t be surprised if the old line of “programming is hard” plays a role.

They do ban for people who quit Arena games but they should enforce it more on Warzone. I would advise like I do is after the match I go through the list of players who quit and report them through the Xbox

No.
