I know there are many MANY other post about this, but I STILL haven’t received my reqs from the premium pack. The game has been out for how long? A while now and still no req packs or help to receive the req packs. At first I thought I just missed the day the req packs were released, because I don’t play on Tuesdays, but I’ve checked every day for the past two weeks. The packs still are not there. Disappointed to have paid extra money and not get what was supposed to come in return. Like I said before, many other people have this problem and still no fix! Unless I’m just behind the ball and missed something (please let me know if I am), I would like my req packs!! I’m sure everyone else would too but what I would like to see more is feedback and support from 343!!! I know they’re probably busy but I would rather have the next update postponed, or something similar to that, than have no fixes to the little things. Thank you for reading! Do you agree that 343 should give more support? I almost feel guilty for ragging on them so much because a lot of people do it!
