Warthogs

This is my point of view on warthogs. If anyone agrees please like my post so the devs can make this happen… primarily for warzone
The basic warthog with no turret should to able to seat 2 Spartans in the trunk. Right now people are always trying to stand or squat in the trunk to hitch a ride but everyone just falls out when the hog takes off. Make a way to mount them in the trunk. Also*** we should be able to stockpile weapons or turrets laying around in the trunk to haul them to the next battlefield and bring them to teammates in need. ex… just pick up a few Promethean turrets after we kill them then jump up into the trunk and drop it in there, simple. every time i try to do that the turret just falls right out.

I support any change that will help me get more kills at once.

I already don’t ride in the scout warthog or use it very much. I always prefer to run thrust slide jump my way into battle anyway

I only ever use Scout hogs in the first two rounds of Firefight.

I always wanted the Warthog to have railings on the outside so Spartans could stand on them, but make it for just transportation so they couldn’t shoot.

Give us the Transport Hog from Halo 3.

The scout warthog should be more useful, it just takes up req space

Transport hog was a suprisingly fun vehicle on Tsavo Highways giving 4 marines fuel rod guns and beam rifles and running down rebel scum!

I think this is an interesting idea in theory, but in practice you would just be giving the enemy team more multikills.

A warthog with only a driver is a nuisance. One with a driver and a gunner is a threat. But one with a driver, a gunner, and a passenger is a triple kill.

The point is that passengers often don’t add enough to the firepower of the warthog to make them worth it (excluding rockets). I think that having a scout hog which can hold 4 players would just be an overkill rather than something helpful.

If by “rebel” you mean “Covenant Loyalists” then yes…even if it was a bit of a pain to get that many FRGs together at once.
I mostly used it on the Ark, but basically did the same thing. It was brutal.
