Do you think Halo 4 will or should have a warthog run at the end of the Campaign?
Halo CE and Halo 3 had a Warthog run to finish off the Campaign, and ODST had a different twist on it before a Firefight portion.
Would you like to see another hog run, or do you think 343 should or is doing something different? If so, what do you think they’re doing for the last mission?
yes! those warthog runs were always epic.
No. I want a an actual run. Where you have to sprint, thruster, and fight your way through many enemies.
Maybe not in the last level, but a Hog Run during the campaign would be fine.
I’m definitely in support of a Warthog run. I can’t imagine how to end it better.

The idea of a a final-mission-warthog-run-to-victory is overdone, so I’d say no. I’m not opposed to a lot of vehicle-focused missions, though.
It’s always nice to be able to drive the Warthog through a set track at some point. I wouldn’t mind if it was done, but as an ending might be iffy.
How about something more then just a warthog run seems like a good step, as nobody (Other then for nostalgic reasons) likes to see copy/paste .
No. I’d rather have something new then another Warthog Run. It was cool in H:CE and a nice throwback in H3. But H4 has to try something new. Maybe a variation on it, with you flying a banshee through some “Death Star” like structure. Or a boss fight that isn’t cheap. Like he’s just some super-mook with 4x Overshields.
Maybe not at the end of the game, but a Warthog run would be nice.

I would love another Hog Run. Both CE’s and Halo 3’s were equally epic. One escaping from a detonating starship, one escaping from a detonating the Halo ring you originally destroyed. Made for great endings to the games, and I’d love another one.

I’ve ALWAYS had epic and fun times with friends in warthog runs.
