so does anyone else think the warthog is pretty much useless now. Any map it is on it’s blown up so fast from all of the other power vehicles or just everyone sticking it. Even when you park it and try to shoot people it’s almost near impossible to get a kill because the machine gun is weak.

Yeah its fairly weak now. To the enemy team its just a double kill on wheels. Mainly because the warthog is not very durable.
I mean how easy is it for one person to kill it. All it takes is an EMP from the Plasma Pistol and 2 Stickies (which you can start off with)
Use to be my favorite vehicle. Now i just avoid driving it unless its the Gauss Hog.

Yeah. Warthog is pretty much just fodder. The Turret is neat and still really damaging but just about anyone spawns with a Plasma Pistol and stickies. The Turret still needs a few seconds to tear a guy apart and if you try to sit still to focus a target you meet a rain of grenades and plasma pistol charges now.
Gauss Hog and Rocket Hog are cool because kill speed is great. The regular Warthog is just a harassment machine. Even spamming DMR or BR is enough to kill or badly damage a hog now and EVERYONE spawns able to do that sort of thing to you.
Honestly Light Armor Vehicles in general are really, really weak right now.
that’s because you don’t know how to use it properly… It might be easy to kill if you don’t know what you’re doing but if you know what you’re doing then its amazing… You need a good driver and gunner… Me and my friend went a whole game without dying once in a warthog.

im with you, preferred to drive people since halo 2’s e-brake. now you have to be talking to the person if you want to get wheelmen, randoms are impossible.
