Please make warthog gunner kills count as assist, not just a wheel-man medal

please, for the statistics

It looks like i have 10 kills and one assist when actually i have 10 kills and 25 assist -

It makes a difference

I agree 100%…we drivers don’t get enough credit.

if we can get enough likes, maybe just maybe we can make a difference -

or something, let the drivers unite - (fist in air)

Yeah i love being in a warthog with another player, shooting or driving - its one of the great things about halo, and 343 really nailed it with this game

This is a huge mistake – how can it not be an assist? Without the skillful driver, the gunner would surely die. This needs to be rectified.

I think its because getting kills would also count towards the warthog kill commendation, the wheelman medal counts towards vehicle skill commendation . Its a stupid reason but all i can think of.

Yea I agree with this. I know at one point it counted as an -Yoink-ist, not on this game but other halo games, though I don’t remember which ones.

I agree, I’m a gunner, and the driver does equal work. A good driver keeps me alive to do my job. He also pits me in the best places to do my work. All abt the driver, or else gunner is crap. I will gladly give up any of my gauss hog’s to somebody who can drive the hell outta it while I wreck. Other than that I sit on them hoping to find that person. Lol
