my mate was gobbing off he’s a better driver than me. I need a custom race track to settle our differences in a 1 v 1 race to the finish line.
what’s the best custom track to do this on?
The better warthog driver is the one that benefits his/her gunner and team the most…and doing their best to not have his/her partner blow up in the warthog apon entering.
that’s fair enough. but I’m looking for a track that will test the drivers manourverability and control at speed. it’s the best way to settle our argument.
Agree. I once helped a guy go like 20-0 by driving him around in Standoff in Halo 3. It was awesome–he sent the clip to me. I got only a few kills that game, but my team won.

Just go search up some race maps, maybe you’ll find one you like.

This isn’t going to prove anything because I doubt the custom race track is going to replicate any of the MM maps.
So all though you might get around faster then him he might know the in game maps better and how to tackle them.
Best bets on getting a map would be to find one in a fileshare as I don’t have a clue on who has one.

THAT is all that matters and defines driving skills. Go into MM and the one of you who can keep the vehicle and the gunner alive the most, is the better wheelman.

You can simply make your own from Ragnarok, although a mongoose would be better suited for that, and more fun 
I actually had this dispute back in Reach.
The challenge was whoever could drive on only two wheels the longest.

If you really want to prove the better driver, the Warthog run in Halo 3 is waiting for you. There are also some good gametypes such as Bumper-Cars on the Fileshare, that may help you.
I would personally go play Halo: Reach (if you and your friend have it). The warthog is practically the same in both 4 and Reach, and in Reach they have the Race game type and hundreds of community made maps to play on.
I’m a great driver when my teammates stop walking infront of my warthog.
