Hog Potato is a pretty popular gametype in Action Sack. It seems to be chosen every time it is available for voting. It’s fun, despite having problems such as the OP sniper rifle and the dreaded cave-spawn issue.
If 343 changes the Hog Potato gametype to support other vehicles as an oddball, instead of just the Warthog, it would enable such fantastic gametypes such as: Hot Pot-Wraith-to.
Like Hog Potato, but the “potato” is a Wraith, set to spawn in the center of Hemorrhage. All other vehicles on the map are replaced with Ghosts, with an additional Revenant for each team. All players are Elites, starting weapons are concussion rifles and plasma pistols. No other weapons are on the map, save for a Focus Rifle at each base and a Plasma Launcher in the middle of the canyon.
Thoughts on the viability of gametypes such as Hot Pot-Wraith-to? We need more choices in Action Sack- Team Hotshot is going to be the death of us all.
