Yes.

When I get it should I change my avatar to that one or keep cup of death? Cup of Death seems unique and I have never even seen anyone else use it.

Cup of Death isn’t really that unique. You can get it in silver req packs. I have it, and one of my friends uses it (that’s been his go-to emblem since long before Halo 5 came out, so he was super excited when he got it). I’ve also seen it in several Warzone matches. But don’t let that stop you from using it. War’s Quintet is Legendary and I believe unique to the Warzone Mastery commendation, so they’re certainly a lot less common (I’ve only seen one person with it in the entire time I’ve played).

same happened to me when I got spartan swords its been my go to emblem

its not that hard, i got it fairly quickly
