Because 343i isn’t working on Halo Wars 2. Creative Assembly is working on it. 343i is just a sort of supervisor for H2’s lore aspects.
Creative assembly already said and i Quote “We are waiting until mid 2016 before we reveal any details for Halo Wars 2, we released the Trailer so fans would at least know we are working on it.”
