Anyone else notice that Bungie and 343 never bothered to fix that annoying glitch? I have an alt account I play on every once in a while, and ranking up was relatively easy until I hit Warrant Officer Grade 3. It seems that specific rank just takes forever to grind, y’know? Especially compared to the other “Grade 3” ranks. This seems to be a certain thing, because all my friends that played this game complained about this explicit rank. Any thoughts?
Warrant Officer just takes longer than a lot of the ranks, no idea why, just does. 
not a glitch, they made some ranks extra difficult to give you major hills to climb. Don’t worry too much about it. It is nothing compared to the challenges further on.

I found one easy solution to this when I was at this rank, play alot of Firefight Arcade with three friends who will not use Fuel Rod Cannons. That way you can rack up at least around 1250-2000 cR per match at that rank, and that is without daily or weekly challenges. Doing it this way will allow you to have fun with friends while still playing the game properly (No Boosting or Exploiting with this method). Give that a shot if you can and let me know if it worked for you as it did for me.

It’s a great gamemode, but it’s kinda complicated with only the vanilla settings. I couldn’t really fit all the rules into the description, so it might seem confusing.
Here are the rules, layed out:
- Definitely play on one of my modified maps for the gametype. (I highly recommend my Sword Base remake.) - Optimal with ~6-7 people - 4-5 Humans have to be on Green Team. (4 Humans with 6 people, 5 with 7 people.) - The “Alien” has to be an Elite on Red Team, and choose the Evade loadout. - The “Predator” has to be an Elite on Blue Team and choose the Camo loadout. - (Have to use honor rules) The Alien and Predator cannot pick up any weapons, and the Humans cannot pick up the Alien or Predator’s Swords.Also, if you got a minute, I was wondering if you could point me to any potential gametypes that could modify team settings. (Like Green Team gets +10% speed, Red gets +10% damage, etc.) It’d be really helpful.

I also got the Aliens vs Predator game for Xbox 360. If u have it maybe we can play.
Yeah that common. Most of my friends are stuck at warrent officer 3. I felt stuck there for awhile also. Don’t know why that a thing.
I never had a problem with that level , I was annoyed by level cap
