In what i am assuming is a glitch the pack is showing up early. all i got was 5 Legendary arena XP boosts. and lost 100K RP. I’ve made a post in the support forum - but just a warning to others who see it in store.

I don’t get why people think the GREATEST HITS pack, which clearly says in the description it’s for the “most popular cosmetic reqs” and doesn’t say anything about containing anything new, and it’s been announced the new helmets aren’t releasing till next month… doesn’t any one read any more?

yeah possibly my bad - but i hadn’t read the CU yet - so just assumed it was the new helmets. but if i have to cop it i shall. Hopefully no one else makes the same mistake if they are fully unlocked.

I gotta say… I’m a little lost with this pack…
I personally am done with the silver grind and starting the gold grind… So these packs would have ‘new things’. However, why would I ever buy this for 100,000 REQ when that could buy 10 gold packs, getting minimum of 20 unlocks instead of 5. Without exclusive items (which I will buy, Halo championship / voice packs come to mind)… Is there a point to this for anyone at all??? (people like me that don’t have everything, and people that do have everything).
Correct me if I’m wrong, but wont I get 2 permanent unlocks every gold pack I get, and it will never be a dupe??? I mean, I’m just kinda getting into Halo 5 (loving it, still new to area), but am I missing something here???
0 unlocks for people that have everything. 5 unlocks for people that don’t… But that’s at the opportunity cost of missing 20 unlocks?
Or is there stuff that I simply can’t get with normal gold packs?
Wish these unlocks were in game rewards for achievments or skill not just buying them with money like u gotta get a killtac to unlock so u know people playing it are beast not just have mommys who fork out moneys for videogames imo of course

No it’s not a glitch. They clearly stated on CU. Well I don’t really care because I have the stuff I wanted so I’m in the Blue (pun intended).
