For the last week now, the matchmaking connection have been awful. It takes 15 minutes to find a match, then it won’t load the map. I finally got into a BTB match (the connection was terrible) and halfway through I got interrupted by a message that I quit too many games and if I quit one more, I won’t be able to join matchmaking games. I don’t quit games, but had to back out of frozen lobbies by going back to the Xbox home screen a few times. Bad connections, failed map loading, now undeserved warnings; what gives 343?!
Must be your connection or your disc wont load maps and your getting removed from the game.
There’ve been MM server issues lately, but AFAIK not for a week. It has to be a problem on your end. :\

This.
OP, check for scratches on your disc, and ask your ISP to check your connection. Get someone to come down to your house if you can. I’ve had experiences like this where my connection would suddenly get completely unreliable, and a technician would find and fix some random cable and BAM! Problem solved.
As for why you’re getting hit with the quit ban? It’s supposed to count disconnects – otherwise people could “quit” by forcing a disconnection, to evade the ban. You’re on quit(-and-or-disconnect) probation right now; it should end in a week or so.
(The quit ban was a terrible idea from the start and never should’ve been implemented, and this is but a small part of the reason why.)
