I preordered a standard and limited edition copy of Halo 4. I picked them up today at midnight, and a code for the mappack is not on the receipt nor is it in any case. How do I download it?

When i was a gamestop last night the computers did’t print out the codes for the preorders their computers for some reason just didn’t want to work.
We already bought it from gamestop. I’m asking where is the code to redeem it? Sorry if i couldn’t make that clear
