I have played several games of warzone and firefight recently and it has came up you killed Warden Eternal some times by assassination yet the number of Wardens i have killed in the commendations isn’t going up. I have been noticing this for a few weeks and it is worse now with firefight. it is getting annoying as i only need warden kills to complete all the enemy kill commendations. Is any one else having this issue and is there any way this can be fixed.
Exact same thing is happening to me. I posted about it here yesterday but have not gotten a reply. I’ve killed several wardens over the last few days and the number in my commendations has stayed the same as well. It’s the only enemy commendation left I need too.
Are you seeing a red “X” when the Warden dies? If not, then you didn’t get the killing blow. If you want a really good chance of getting the kill in Firefight, then pull out either a scorpion or a wraith and wait until you’re certain that you’ll get the killing blow.

There are two types of boss kill medals, both look the same, and are awarded when your team gets the boss kill.
- First is Participation medal. It is awarded to you every time your team gets a boss, when you have done more than 1% damage. I have heard that anyone that does more than 1% damage will get one of these. So there are many awarded.
- Second is Kill medal. It is awarded to you when you actually kill the boss. There are only 2 of these given per bossWhat you have been getting are participation medals. It is confusing because they look the same. What you want is the Kill medal. What you want to do is be alive and be causing plenty of damage to the Warden when he expires. I used the SMG or Splinter Grenade.

It is easier to get in WZF. You are not getting kill medals, only participation medals, which is why they are not counting to your commendation.
