I’ve been trying to complete the enemy commendation. But for the past few days my Warden kills don’t increase at all. I don’t know if I’ve been doing something wrong or the game has a certain problem but it’s bugging me lol

You have to be doing plenty of damage when the warden expires. Some say you have to get the kill shot. I used a splinter grenade, or SMG to finish him off. Getting the medal does not mean you killed him, it only means you helped kill him. You actually have to kill him to get credit for your commendations.
