This is a question mainly for people who’ve completed them. What strategies, weapons, vehicles do you use? I’m stuck with 4 kills on him at the 3/5 commendation progress and it has been more than a month since my last kill. I’m starting to lose all hope of ever getting one again.
Using a scorpion or shooting his weakspot with an smg or DMR while he was at low health worked for me.
Using The Answer when he has about 1/5 health left is a great way to get him
Ad Victoriam is another strategy I use but doesn’t always pay off
My kills were mainly accomplished with The Answer, Light of Urs, and any Banshee (ultra helps though). With the first 2, just wait until his health gets very low, then unleash everything, preferably at his weak spot but it’s not entirely necessary. As for the banshee, you can attack him a bit earlier but you must quickly rotate firing your plasma and blasts. The blasts do large damage that can be timed well and the normal rapid plasma helps take the kill if a very small amount of health remains.
I’m only at rank 4: 1/7 kills on him, but I don’t need to max out the commendation for ways on how to kill him easy.
- Like the other posters said: Using certain REQ items can give you an edge you need on him against the other team, along with a working/coordinated team. - If your stuck with loadout weapons, wait for Warden Eternal to turn his back on you and aim for that sun-bright yellow spot on his back and pump it full of bullets. - If you have a vehicle per say Scorpion/Banshee, just unload with those vehicles onto him and hope you get the credit for the killing blow. I’ve also gotten a beat down kill on Warden Eternal…which honestly just made my day when it happened.
I usually steal the warden kills. That should help. Though, it could bring salt if you do that.
