Which are the best weapons/vehicules to kill the warden?

Binary rifle destroys him in campaign
Weak-spot on his back. Use pretty much any weapon.
Any weapon, since the last shot decides who the points are rewarded to.

White scar(Plasma Caster), I don’t know why, but I seem to get the point for the kill when ever I use it against him, plus additional kills from people trying to assassinate him 
On campaign, I’d try and equip your team with Incineration Cannons (found throughout the last level as Blue Team) and then equip yourself with one and a Binary Rifle. Aim for the back!
In Warzone, any weapons will do, but switch to an automatic weapon at the end and time your reloads carefully. The more constantly you have bullets hitting him in his last moments, the more likely your team (and you) will get the credit for the kill. If you time the reload wrong, then you will have no bullets hitting him in those last few seconds and your team is less likely to get the kill (and there’s no way you will either).

That and the DMR w/kinetic bolts have been my most successful weapons against him.

If you’re not afraid to get up close and personal, grab a scattershot and shoot him in the weak spot on his back. This stun locks him bad in campaign.
Ive seen lasers do nasty damage to the guy plus it breaks off armor. Tanks do good chunking as well.
I’ve found that shooting him in the yellow part of his face kills him pretty quickly, or at least I think it does…
Just run up to him and give him a big hug with a smile X)

And whatever you do, do not look him in the eyes.
Can you assassinate him?
You can assassinate him if his health is low enough.
I find the easiest way to kill him in campaign is to get him between me and the rest of the company (you can order them to positions and to pick up weapons) that way his back is exposed to fire whichever way he faces.
