Warden Eternals Voice Actor?

I couldn’t find anything on the wiki, so does anyone know who the voice actor is? He sounds kinda of like the guy who voiced the Prophet of Regret in Halo Wars to me.

Yeah he does sound like Regret but I don’t know if anyone knows who’s the actor. I would like to know as well.
