War zone warlords is... a problem

So me and my company were playing war zone warlords trying to grind. However tbe only people you come across are people who already have achillies and sweat it out and spawn trap you. This isn’t what I would of expected from wz warlords this needs to be changed

How would you change it to improve it?

Warlords, to me, was designed as a safe Haven for 12 man Fireteams to be able to coordinate and dominate.

Which means farming is definitely a possibility.

Care to elaborate on a solution besides asking for one? Cuz you’re not going to find fixes getting curb stomped by a full pre made group and farming will never be resolved without removing the ability for a player to kill another. It’s something you’re just going to have to deal with essentially.

edit: after looking at scores most of your games are pretty much average warzone games, a few blow outs in a matter of minutes here and there as well. I’d say you just got curb stomped. Not to mention I know a few of the guys you played vs and farming isn’t on the agenda for them.

fyi: 343s team got stomped pretty much all night long yesturday and I don’t recal them even bringing up the issues of farming. They proclaimed them as getting their -Yoinks!- kicked pretty much.

Dude Warlords is literally there so that companies can come in and dominate, that’s just how it is. It’s better than them being in the general Warzone playlist and dominating Fireteams of 3 or 4.

What did you expect, that this playlist would be easy?

That’s literally what this playlist is for.

Who was on the 343 team?

I recall a number of teams promising each other they’d limit farming or even not do it at all before the playlist came up. Most seemed to stick to that promise, or at least do their best to.

Aaah I watched a stream where a company went up against 343’s group twice in a row. They got quick cored both times, but as the group moved into the base to take out the core… Everyone but ske7ch dropped out. 1 vs 12, a grand last stand. “Me against twelve people? I can take them.” xD
But yeah. Warlords really should stick around. The games have been pretty exciting to watch, and even if it might not be the most heavily populated playlist compared to the others, it’d be great for when two companies want to butt heads with each other. Short of allowing Warzone into Custom Games, this would be the only way to do it.

Unyshek, Grimbrother One, Ske7ch, and some names I don’t recognize.
Sludeworth, N 2the eighbor, BACHleach, Total Sellout, Halo Locke 2558, WittDarkstar, Halo Jorge 2552, HaloCarter 2552, Halo Emile 2552… Those were the names that showed up on the roster when DryNoodle was facing them on Apex7 and Darkstar.

Respect to Ske7ch :+1:.

What are you using to watch the matches?

I didn’t even join the playlist xD
Just been watching streams.

From what I saw in Dry Noodle’s stream they just rushed the armories as 343 took the soldier scout. They didn’t even have wasps up, just triple cored them like a minute after the boss went down.

Well I may have a solution: No penalty for quitting in Warlords. This way should the ENTIRE team get demoralized they won’t feel bad about dropping out or worry about penalties.Seeing as how people actually need to know each other in Warlords, there would be a social stigma for quitting individually but everyone consenting to leave together would actually be a feasible prospect.

That’s literally the intent of Warlords. A place for all the farmers and quick corers to go and duke it out to see who’s the bigger jerk in Halo. Okay that’s not the actual intent but the point still stands. Farmers and quick corers have been forced into one playlist while the rest of Warzone can enjoy small fireteams and it is wonderful.

It sounds like your company just happens to be one of the good ones caught up in the chaos.

And a reminder, “farming” isn’t the intent of full WZ teams. Finishing a game as quickly as possible is “competitive,” not dragging it out like a cat does a mouse.
