I know there is a recruitment section, but honestly the forums are kind of terribly made. The don’t show the most recent posts at the top (where they should be) and it’s counter intuitive to find the most recent posters for quick and easy friend requests or team finders.
I’m going to be running war zone most of the day just for good req points and such.
