Firsr off let me say i have been trying to contact either 343, microsoft and xbox directly to no avail. I prey to god that someone that can help me reads this or im going to lose my mind. So I ordered the 25$ war zone REQ pack on xbox store because it said all these wonderful things you would get. I don’t know if their system is glitchie or what but all I git was 2 packs that had the same stuff if not worse than what I would have gotten buying 2 of the 3$ packs. This is absolutely ridiculous! It literally gave me between 6-8 basic things. No customization items. No skins, not even any xp boosts that were better than the bronze packs. It said I’d get 14 premium packs with all this great stuff. So even tho the 25$ was steep for it I figured why not. Seemed like a alright deal. I Def wish I hadnt. That was the biggest ripoff I have had happen to me in my video game history, ever, period. I want my money back. You can even take all my items if you need to bease they are all seriously crap. I feel like I got raped. It’s so bad that I am tempted to trade in my halo 5 because of it. Someone please contact me with a resolution to this issue. Im so irritated not being able to get ahold of anyone that I may spend my frequent flyer miles just to fly to Washington state and talk to someone at Microsoft face to face. Very annoyed. Contact me asap.

blaze421DA, the Warzone REQ Bundle entitles you to 14 packs distributed into 7 weekly deliveries. That’s 2 packs per week. As the REQ system is based off RNG (and is therefore random), you are also NOT guaranteed any “wonderful things”; nor were you “raped”. There are still 6 packs yet to be delivered, with each pack containing a chance at mythic or legendary unlocks, so perhaps you should hold off your judgement until you’ve opened all 14. However, if you really feel that strongly about it, I’m sure you can reach someone at Microsoft to help you with your “problem” and potentially receive a refund’ it’s unlikely though. Here’s the policy regarding refunds (taken from the Microsoft Service Agreement):

  • g. Refund Policy. Unless otherwise provided by law or by a particular Service offer, all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you believe that Microsoft has charged you in error, you must contact us within 90 days of such charge. No refunds will be given for any charges more than 90 days old. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future. This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights that may apply. For more refund information, please visit our help topic.Either way, I’ve included their contact information for you as well:

Thanks for reply. It makes me feel better that it’s over a 7 week period. However it does say 14 premium packs. The best packs. If you look at what gold packs offer, they do guarantee atleast a few premium items. I feel I got 2 bronze packs instead of the just as good or better than gold that was noted.
