I purchased a warzone req pack back in December, not knowing you could have only one, I then went to gamestop recently and purchased two more and redeemed the codes for them. I was wondering if there’s any way I could be refunded for them or if anything get 2 warzone req equivalent packs?
Its been 3 days, I guess 343 is just gonna take my money and do nothing. Thanks.
Sorry buddy. I am not 343. You can try returning them to GS, or maybe selling them to someone in your Spartan company?
If you redeemed the codes already then there isn’t anything that can be done I’m afraid OP. There was a period where packs were honoured and codes issued to players, but that ended a few months ago. I’m guessing that you only redeemed them recently if you haven’t received any Xbox Live messages. There is a sticky thread at the top of this forum with more information about thay
I did redeem the codes recently, why does it matter though you got my money why can’t I just be redeemed.
Was there a disclaimer on the codes that you purchased from Gamestop? Did they say that only one code could be redeemed per Live account?

The Gamestop webpage for this item doesn’t include the 1-per-account disclaimer. Never bought the physical card so I don’t know if it is there, but Gamestop’s page does say that download orders are not eligible for returns/store credit. In that regard, OP is probably out of luck.
Does the money go to gamestop or 343, because if 343 gets the money there is no reason I shouldn’t be redeemed. If it’s GameStop I could care less, they already screwed me over multiple times on purchases.

Gamestop buys a certain number of codes at a reduced price from 343i. They sell those codes to consumers at market price (that’s where their profit comes from), so the consumers’ money goes directly to Gamestop. Whether some of that money later goes to 343i as royalties is unknown to me, but your money went to Gamestop.

I’ve never been a fan of Gamestop. Failing to inform customers of the 1 per Live account limit borders on false advertising.
