Hey I’ve been waiting over a month for my req packs and I’ve received none.it took the code the first time I entered it and It says I’ve installed it already and I can’t purchase it either, not that I want to pay more money again for it… I have the limited edition halo 5. Please help my get my req packs.
343 is having a lot of issues with this and hopefully we all get answers soon but they are only responding to people that are ultimately lying about not getting them and showing them there open dates but even so even if I opened them without realizing it or forgot with the other 50 packs opened from simply playing the game it would be nice to know but with the lack of response I’m taking it that I am truly 1 who got screwed on this deal hope you get the help you need

although I no for a fact I never opened them, and that is why 343 is yet to respond to me, and others like me, I get that they probably are confused themselves and it’s not an easy issue to track or fix, but at least some acknowledgement would be nice so we don’t feel screwed over, and ripped off.
This bundle isn’t exactly cheap, I want what I paid for.

They should be helping everyone. This is the worst support ive seen,
It is bad and I get if they are confused ok but you can’t ignore the situation and the problem is I think they are trying to ween out the people lying about it which for us who actually got messed on the deal are paying for there b.s. camYI I personally I don’t think it’s that hard to fix all they should have to do is remove the license from our accounts give back the money and we repurchase it problem solved because then your taking out the license issue Microsoft should be able to do this on there own but they don’t want to put in the effort which upsets me on there end because Microsoft is usually good with dealing with issues

I was giving them the benefit of the doubt but you are damn right! I’ve tried contacting Microsoft again recently but they always just redirect me back here
