For some reason I’m being placed with teams who can’t seem to fire a gun to save their own life, is the matchmaking system based upon skill, internet connect or something else.
If you do know please let me know.
I often have the same problem, I seem to be paired with a bunch of guys who just came over from FFA and team slayer, because they only go for kills, and they love to steal kills. Word of advice, don’t even bother assassination with these guys around. They’ll watch and wait for you to drop the person’s shields then shoot them in the head to take the kill.

thats my problem sometimes wish there was a game mode for just mucking around
You can change the settings now. There is expanded which picks the quickest to join match, focused which i think is either skill or connection, i don’t know. And some other one i forgot.

These options are only based on connection, focused is people with good connections only but takes a lil longer to start match, expanded is start the match pronto but any connection type will do, and then there’s the middle ground option. Just a bit of bonus info, I use focused option and I haven’t noticed a difference in match start times.
I believe that it just pairs people together. I wish it would pair teams with teams, and solos with solos.
