If you keep getting silver packs you will eventually unlock one. This isn’t really a support issue.

You are very early in your Halo 5 multiplayer career. Many/most players haven’t unlocked DMRs until SR 50+. I myself didn’t get a DMR until around SR 80.

Okay thanks for yout answers. I was not sure about that because one of my friends is at the same level and he got the DMR. But thanks for the information.
