It crashes all the time every game!! What support is there? Who can I contect?! Is this the only place?

Does this happen before or after the game? This happened to me a couple of times both before and after a game.
Reset your router, then reset your xbox. I recommend you switch to wired with an open NAT. I had excellent wifi, but still had disconnects until I went wired.
