I’ve been having this issue for a full two weeks now. Tonight, every. Single. Game. Has crashed. No error code, no explanation. It kicks you to a screen that looks like the match loading screen, but you can’t interact with anything. The button presses make noises, but don’t show anything. You can open the start menu, but not choose any options at all. You can’t back out. Only option is to close the game, and re open it, hoping that whatever boost you used is saved. Any REQs used in the match are gone forever. Commendations are hit or miss. Sometimes it saves them. Sometimes it doesn’t.
Ive contacted Microsoft support. I’ve made posts on similar posts on here, and a post on reddit with zero help. I’ve uninstalled the game. Deleted the save data. Reinstalled from disc. Tried a second Xbox. All the same exact issue.
I can at least request refunds for the boost packs from Microsoft, but I’m out the time. I’ve been playing for two hours tonight and have quite literally nothing to show for it.
Is there anyone who can make a suggestion. NAT type is open, Xbox is hardwired. It has literally never done this up until the last few weeks. Please help.
