Why has the 6 man limit been implemented on assault again? This is a crappie decision!
Well this is because 343 likes to listen to children who cannot handle playing against a team of well coordinated players. This leads to them loosing followed by alot of tears which then they go to the forums and complain to 343 that the game should be made fit for them. 343 listens to them but doesn’t want the larger teams to realize that they have changed the fire-team amount again so they just do it behind the scenes without changing the fire-team limit display number and hopes no one will call them out on it.
Well our clan noticed because we were enjoying the 12 man limit
The 6 man limit was imposed two updates ago (I think?) to prevent farming. In my experience, you can’t really farm assault if there is a time limit. Sure you can not go for the core, but you risk losing the game. Blow out matches happen, but that’s not to much an issue.

I was farmed a couple of times in Assault both as an attacker and as a defender.
Defender: Attackers would spawn kill us untill the last minute of the phase and then capture the objective. While at the core, they would hold the core room, while they risk losing the match, chances were small with the massive REQ advantage, and additionally, what does a lost match actually mean when you’re only farming?
Attacker: Defenders would spawn trap and kill us, then retreat back and let us capture the objective the last minute, only to repeat the process.
A bunch of Redditers complained about Warzone Assault farmers, and 343 likes to believe that Reddit is a complete representative of the Halo population. (Which is not)
2 months ago, before the new assault map dropped, the playlist was dead. (Took me 20-30 minutes to find a match)
I just don’t understand why they reimplemented the 12 man team when Anvils Legacy dropped, only to put it back down to 6, two weeks later.
