Okay so after hours and hours of War Games, I have reached the XP cap.

Few questions…

  1. When does the cap roll over to a new day?

  2. WHY IS THERE A CAP IN THE FIRST PLACE, SO STUPID.

  2. To prevent people from getting to SR-50/SR-130 within a few weeks, it sucks, but I see why they did it.

Once you’ve reached SR-50, you’ll unlock Specializations, in total there are eight, each Specialization offers ten extra levels.

If you got the Limited Edition, you’ll get access to all eight Specializations at SR-50 while standard edition owners will only have two.

In the end, you can go all the way to SR-130.

Likely, Reach still has its cR cap after two years :confused:

It may get raised higher in the future, but time will tell.

Curious, can you remember how much XP you got when you capped?

Inside the day, I went from SR-1 to SR-24, and about half way to SR-25. Not sure how much XP that is though. From what I have read, roughly 150k.

Pretty much got it at midnight my time. Played til 5am. Woke up at 9am. Smashed it all day until around 5:30pm, which was when the cap hit haha

The level cap can be thought of as a ‘go outside a bit’ message. You don’t want to be cooped up inside all day now do you?

What?!?!? Theres a limit to how much xp you can earn in a day?!?!? Thats why im not getting any xp?!?? Whos stupid idea was that?!?? I thought 343 was gonna make halo better. Why not just make the ranking system like reach then you wouldnt have to stop people from reaching the highest SR in a week by putting a cap on it. Dumb.

yeah sucks 1-24 then caps 24-32 caps i bet 32-40 caps also.
