War Games Pass Corrupt - Can't redownload

Hello all,

I was hoping I wouldn’t have to post on here with an issue but alas here I am.

I purchased the ltd edition at a midnight launch and used the War Games code supplied on purchase as you would expect, and all worked fine.

For no reason what so ever when I sign in now I get a message saying “Unable to Validate - make sure you are connected to XBL and have downloaded the War Games Pass”. I try to use the old code again but as expected it says it’s already been used. I thought no problem, I’ll just download it from the marketplace, and I find it wants me to pay for it.

Surely there has to be a way for my account to be checked against a database and a new code to be issued for me to redownload the Map Pass?

Any ideas? Is there anyone I can speak to? I still have proof of the original purchase and DL code.

Should be easy to fix. Go to Settings > Account Management > Download History > Infinity Actual Kit ( I think this is it, can’t find anything else)

Try that and see if it works.

Yes - you need to do this. The infinity actual kit contains the limited edition version of the map pass (as well as the armor/weapon skins and emblem).
