War Games Map Pass still wont let me

I still cant download the crimson map pack on my account. I go to halo 4, then to the in game marketplace and no map pack comes up.

Please 343 respond to this i know you where having problems with it before but almost everybody else is able to download it.

I have re downloaded the pass and i have restarted my xbox but still nothing please someone explain why
