War Games code gave me 2000 microsoft points.

Did anybody elses War Games code give them 2000 microsoft points when they entered their code? I thought that was the right thing but after I clicked on Crimson map pack in the Marketplace I read “Do not buy if you have the War games map pass”. I guess I bought it cause Im now down 800 m.p

least you got 2000 i redeemed mine and haven’t a thing, including the map pack

And I didn’t get any additional helmets/emblems like I’ve heard I’m supposed to get from ppl on Live.

Yeah that’s how it works. You’re supposed to use the points for the season pass. Or, just use it for whatever you want.

…Yeah, you shouldn’t have bought the map pack as a standalone.

The idea of Season Pass codes is they give you MS points with which to buy the Season Pass from LIVE marketplace. Your in-game armour would’ve unlocked when you downloaded it.

THEN you go to like BING on the dashboard, type in the season pass and DOWN LOAD THAT

that is how you get the season pass. Otherwise I think you will run out of MSPs for the other map packs.

It says ON IT that its just 2000MSP - you use them to buy the Pass off the marketplace…

I checked my purchase history and it says nothing about inputing a code that resulted in 2000 mps.

type the code in on Bing? on the console?

does your purchase history say Infinity Actual Kit?
if so download that

You type in the code on the console. That gives you the 2000mps

Then you go on bing and search for the season pass. The 2000mps from the code is what you use to buy the season pass.
