> Hello everyone.
> I am the leader of a clan and we only have a total of three members. My clan is for anyone who is competitive or just into some nice casual chill gaming. If you know you like to go hard but sometimes just don’t mind playing social or warzone then this is the clan for you.
> I do plan on being strict leader meaning if you don’t meat the standards below then this inst the clan for you:
> - Must be active at least once a week
> - Do not ask for a promotion:
> - If I see you deserve a promotion you will get one
> - Over exaggerated raging will not be tolerated
> - I understand if maybe you almost got the kill or if you pushed the wrong button but please take the other people in the party in consideration as they will be the one to have to listen to you rage.
> - I play with different type of people that go from competitive players to people who are down to play anything
> (this means that if you just want to rank up in arena then let me know. (if there is another player playing with us that does not take it as serious as you do I will take care of it)
> - Have to be respectful towards others
> - I get that sometimes you’re just playing around so a few jokes here and there are fine because even I sometimes Im just like f*ck it.
> - Be mindful of others
> I just want to start a clan of my own and have filled with people who really like to game and like to play halo 5 and maybe halo wars 2 and cant wait for halo 6. My spartan company is called International Skill. If you would like to join send a request. I hope to play with all of you. International Skill
I’ve got an offer for you and your group. You can merge with Sierra Company so that you can get higher levels of activity. Sierra is a hardcore milsim clan exclusively on Halo 5. We play serious in our scheduled matches, but there’s plenty of banter in our other matches. We have 23 members, but high levels of activity. We got 16 members together in a match last weekend.
There are numerous advantages to merging with Sierra:
-More activity. With military groups you have to constantly keep members engaged and informed. We have training 4 times a week at minimum, hosted by a variety of officers and trainers.
-Experienced leadership. Every officer has been involved with, and have helped lead, all kinds of military groups on Halo or other games.
-Polished training. Mick Kito, our lead, has done basic training for more than 400 people. His experiences helped us create our basic training, which ensures that every person we have is a person worth having.
-Quality over quantity. Through our recruiting strategies and training methods we only take the top 5% of the community.
-We win. Sierra has a combat record of winning 85% of our clan battles, raids, and practice raids, 96% of our Arena/Warzone matches, and 94% of our matches overall.
-You get a safety net. The time you’ve put into your group won’t go to waste, and if your officers can’t be around there will be someone keeping activity up.
If you’re interested we can talk in an XBL party or you can play some matches with clan members.
Have a nice day.

Sierra Company is a hardcore military clan with an outstanding combat record, competent leadership, and common-sense rules. It’s probably closest to what you’re used to if you were in any Reach era clans-we do raids, we have bootcamp, we do occasional drills, and we use older military rules (the ones that work well for us, of course).
Like I said, Sierra has a good combat record. We win roughly 80% of our raids and practice raids. Right now we’re on a 24 winning streak of BTB and Warzone. The reason that we win isn’t directly from skill or muscle memory. It’s tactics and communication. We have several active and verteran members of the US and Canadian armed forces, and we use military tactics on the battlefield. Coms are silent minus callouts or orders in serious matches. This gives us a massive edge on the battlefield.
If you have any questions, wanna sign up, or would like to try a few matches with us, let me know.
Have a nice day.
