That being said, do you really think Arbiter is going to be a big part, or just an addition to the cut scenes? You won’t be able to play him, so I’m almost sure he won’t be anything more than just cut scene arbys.

I think there was a scene in The Sprint that showed Arbiter and a bunch of Elites dropping in with Osiris on the Battle of Sunaion. There’s also a shot of gameplay in the new Vidoc where Swords of Sanghelios Elites are fighting alongside Osiris.

Yes, but you don’t get to play Arby, so I’m fairly certain he won’t be near you, it’ll probably be a split up where they go their separate ways, then meet up at the end or something

And sure. I’d love to see more of the Arbiter in the campaign. I’m hoping we’ll at least fight alongside him as an NPC. Maybe we could also receive a mini campaign DLC were you get to play as Thel and some of his Elites, such as Rtas and Usze. That would be sweeeeeeeeeeet.

John may be the master chief, but Arbiter is the master chef.
I think we could see him as a friendly AI for a few missions, I mean we have already seen friendly elite AI in the sanghelios mission. That being said, I really want to see Rtas make some kind of appearance, even if it is really small or in some kind of Easter egg. Rtas is my favorite character and I would love if 343 acknowledged him.

He’s bound to return in Halo: Shadow of Intent! But I totally think he should be in Halo 5, too. Even if it’s just a minor appearance.
