A little about us:
I started the Company in early February 2016 without realizing the momentous challenge ahead of me. I just wanted that sick armor… Once I realized how daunting the task was it was clear to me that I needed help. So I recruited, and recruited, and recruited… until we reached 100 members in just 14 days. I was shocked at the group of guys I’ve collected and we started to bust out commies. Throughout the months, we got more organized, we started meeting eachother, we started to take it seriously after we reached all of our level 2 ‘kill’ commendations. We could actually do this. So I evolved my approach, I came up with an Excel log to monitor playing activity, CSR ranking, last match played, etc., in doing so I was really getting a feel for our approach to the grind. I also noticed that only half of the initial 100 members played regularly, so I made some rules (something we didn’t have before). Yes, some members left, some were kicked, but everyday we gained more. Having 100 was never a problem until after we got the armor. We’ve been on a slow decline since then, the end of May actually. Now, we’re in the position to add again, but we won’t be adding forever. I have room for 12-14 good men/women. This is your chance; if you want the helmet, if you play regularly, if you typically rank Platinum or higher, this can be your new home. And if you don’t rank Platinum then that’s okay, our newest Lt. acts as our CSR trainer and will party up with members and help them achieve their highest personal CSRs.

We’re a bunch of buddies really, no hate, no skill bashing, and most everyone in the Company plays regularly. Some of us, like myself, have children and families, while others are in high school, college, or just out loving and living life. One of our main rules here is staying active. For obvious reasons, you have to play multiplayer matches in Arena or Warzone to stay with us, custom matches /campaign don’t count. This is because the goal of our Company is get the Achilles helmet, something that is only achieved by completing commendations in the “Kill” category (see our Company’s commendation records on our profile), and those commendations only advance by playing Arena or Warzone multiplayer. Now, I’m not saying play 5 hours everyday, ditch your life and be a zombie… my only hope is that you’ll be able to play between 10-20 matches a week in any viable playlist. If you’re able to do this then you’ll never have to worry about being kicked, but if you go 2 weeks without playing any multiplayer matches then you will be dismissed without warning. I am a nice guy though, if you know you’ll be on vacation or gone for awhile just let me know.
We have a mobile app that about 25% of us use to communicate 24/7, called GroupMe. It’s completely free and optional, but is the fastest way to see who’s playing and who wants to party up. Not all of us are Onyx Level, and that’s okay. Not all of us like to party up, and that’s okay too. We here at THU are understanding, fun-loving and nonjudgmental. I personally weed out the jerks so if you’re anti-social or don’t feel like partying up we respect that. As for anything else, read our forums, we try to be active on Waypoint. I post weekly reports every Monday on our progress toward the helmet and other newsworthy things. Any other questions you may have, or if your interested in joining the GroupMe let me know.
