Ooh my gosh. . .
How complex and annoying it would be in your company.
( No Offense )
But really, Keep it simple and clean. If your clan based, Cool. . . But Search up other clans and see how clean there recruitment system works.
Its not that complex, That and who would want to join a company so immaturely clustered together made up of less than 10 members?
__
My company / Companies are both Clan based & just for fun. The clan based part deals with How a clan works and to keep its members together.
The fun of it, Our names / companies names. Halo related and interesting to join.
Im not comparing our companies together, since your’s is freshly new, But no one is going to want to join your company with all that nonsense.
Seriously, Im not bashing on you, Im just stating the truth on how I, a viewer who may be looking for a company to join, ( which I’m not ) Im looking at your ad and thinking, Yeah, Not this one, They think to much of themselves and only have 4 - 5 members, probably kids or fake accounts, I don’t know, I don’t care. . . But thats what people are going to think.
Sincerely,

  • Kelly 87

Not a kid lol. im 20 right now. to be in my clan you have to be above average in brain power. The curent members in my company (excluding a few others who are having waypoint issues) are all thats left of UFG. Its complex for a reason, only want the best. Minimum age to join is 13. no exceptions.

I don’t think the age should be 13, Try going for 15 - 16+ thats where the maturity is at.

Take it easy, UFG Mystogan is recruiting in his own way. Although I’m a allied clan member and shouldn’t be saying this United Federation Government is a descent entitiy and you should join. It has a in-depth ranking system that can make people work to be promoted.

Thank you Onyx! (add me on Xbox buddy!) and Kelly you said it all a bunch of nonsense. Well, i dont think you have been in a Military Clan before and dont know how it works, besides i think my clan is at its limit of development (i thought of everything i could ever wish to add) and am about to do the Final Note update for my Clan. (3.0 Notes emailed to my Officers). My Clan has its hands in all pockets (has a Division just for fun, which is what your Company is like, ours is the Social Division), our Heart is our Military side which is the Fleet, our pride. We got a Competitive Division for Competitive players to be in, we got many aspects in place that i have picked up from many other clans and am now the President of a Clan that covers all bases (except Hacking, we dont like that) i respect your opinion and you are free to comment on any of my posts. Just warning you though, people in the Clan Community will defend me if you attack a whole genre of clans, especially if its Military Clans calling it all “nonsense”. GOOD DAY.

Have a look at the company I co - lead. Then tell me why exactly I would leave it. . .

  • UNSC BlueTeam
On top of that, We have 2 co - joined / allied companies with us, We help them, they help us.

  • Archive Official

  • Master ChiefThe leader of the companies has a well organized system that is both clan based and just casual.
If you want to be more involve with the company, then you go to him and he places you with the clan people in a different company.
If your a casual, then you just stay active in the forums and know your team.
Im not to sure on how you would keep track of all of that Stuff you have above. My advice.
    Use Engin.com
    &
    Discord.com
On top of that, create a Facebook page based on your company.
As I said, Im not being Offensive, Im simply saying, Don’t make your advertisement to complex.
The only people you will attract are kids, You do not want that, because it becomes a baby sitting job.

Also i run a warhammer clan that is based off there military was bashing cuz its not ur military way wow good luck recruiting

I keep track of who holds what position with my Phone which i have all positions in the Notes section of my phoen (having it on hand is easier) and i keep my Rules, Ranks and other important stuff in thre, what you see here is only about 50% of what the clan is, we got a huge dictionary in the Notes for members to understand Military Clan stuff, our Prime Directive which is our main rules is 20 of them. we got 40+ other secondary Regulations for members to follow and other info in the Notes such as how the clan is structured, the Recruiting Process, the breakdown of the clan, Schedule and our Raid Rules. We got alot in this clan and i for one cant memorize all of it but can easily access it with my phone, its not too hard to run, the reason why there is soo much is because its build to accommodate around 1000 Members.

If I were you I would go for decent numbers before going too deep into organization. And just judging from SR you guys don’t play Halo enough for the organization to make any difference.

Being President i dont have to be skilled to run the clan or high ranked in game, that does not matter when running a clan.Leadership skills matter though. If you are Competitive THEN it would matter but im not Competitive and the Competitive Division is contained to itself, its requirements dont stretch outside the Division. I think UFG is the most organized and thought out clan in the community so far, i dont think any clan comes close to having this much depth. If anyone wants a challenge of a difficult clan, UFG is the one. in comparison all other clans are like the Windows OS while UFG is Linux lol

If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me via Xbox LIVE. I hope to hear from you soon.

Very Respectfully,

Big Al 1300
United Halo Command, President
Sector Nine Federation, Security Council Member

i messaged you Big Al 1300

Al, I wouldn’t invite an SC so small to be part of our coalition. It’s not personal or anything its just that it means more crowded meetings, and it is more of a priority to have quality of clans over quantity of clans.

there is no restrictions against having us join due to our numbers, we are at 8 members right now.

With all due respect FlamingBaconMK, the UHC is not large at all either. We sit at only 18 members. The clans themselves can always grow; however, I do see your point and respect your opinion. We can always discuss this Friday if so desired. The UHC is open to as much communication with Epsilon Fleet as possible.

Respectfully,

Big Al 1300
President
United Halo Command

well if my clan does join, i hope i can get assistance with recruiting

The UHC will more than likely be unable to assist in recruiting, as we have our own recruiting to do.

Later on i will post our ranking Structure for all to see, it may seem like a mess but its organized.
