I already contacted Walmart, who then told me to contact Xbox support, who then told me to contact 343 directly. I pre-ordered the game back in late August (this year, 2021) and Walmart’s website stated in their item description that the Zeta Sky pre-order bonus would be included. Well, fast forward to the present and I still never got a code for it. I know I’m not the only one with this problem.
Can someone up at 343 please look into this, for the sake of the many Halo fans that never got what was promised?

343i is probably trying to figure out how to monetize preorder bonuses. It will probably be exclusive to you when you buy the preorder bonus battlepass.
Not helpful, sorry. I PAID for this already when I pre-ordered the game. I NEED someone up at 343 or Microsoft or whoever to investigate this up the chain.
Not sure if this will help but I pre-ordered via Gamestop. The Zeta bonus skins were made available to me on the receipt when I picked up the game. If you picked up a physical copy of the game, check towards the bottom of the receipt to see if you have a redeemable code. If it was digital then I would assume it would already be in game or sent to your email that you provided. Hope this helps. And if not good luck with 343 and Microsoft.
If you have your receipt from pre-ordering it then I would call Microsoft technical support. If they gave you a receipt when you picked it up, have that too to show proof. Just hope you didn’t throw you receipts away because then you may just be screwed because you dint look it over carefully enough. Either way I hole it gets sorted out for u. Best of luck.
