Walmart didn’t send me an email, print a code on the receipt, or include a code card inside the game case for their exclusive skins. After talking to multiple people with Walmart support, the answer they gave me was that Halo/343 were responsible for giving me a code, I tried to suggest that I don’t think that’s how it worked, but they insisted I contact halo support, so here I am.
What can I do next?
That does sound very disappointing. Here on Waypoint, at the top of your browser, you will see a SUPPORT tab. If you log in there, you can log a ticket.
Support might just tell them to message Walmart support first (know some devs do that only to then have their support redirect you here and THEN they help)

From looking around on Reddit, this is a larger issue. People that even got the steal-book edition before it sold out didn’t get codes. I pre-ordered the standard edition and it was delayed by shipping, and of course haven’t received a code either. Hopefully 343 will fix it, even though it seems like Walmart really is to blame here - Walmart definitely advertised it alongside the game back in September.
I am in the exact same boat. However, I called Walmart support 3 times and Walmart Twiter support once to finally get someone to say the code will be sent to me in 7 days… There are so many people with the same issue that hopefully the story gets out there.
Let us know if you actually get a code. Some people on Reddit endured the phone-chain and said they were eventually told by higher ups that they would get a code within 48hrs and, surprise, nothing happened. As far as I have seen on Waypoint and Reddit, NOBODY has gotten any of the pre-order Zeta Sky customization bonuses from Walmart - even though they were definitely advertised. I hope it turns out better for you! I’m curious to see if anyone is able to squeeze the codes out from Walmart. Because at this point I’m not even sure that they had them in the first place (sigh)

I’ve been on a crusade on these forums over the Zeta Sky bonuses. As far as I know, the Walmart people still recieved nothing.
On top of this, many of the other codes given through Amazon, Gamestop, and Bestbuy are glitched and don’t give the items promised. You can find one of my other posts about it,
