Wall Template/Textures.

I have an idea for forge. People complain that H5 forge looks plain and simple, but I have an idea that might help our problem, and examples of it:
Object Textures:
So basically skins for objects that aren’t just colors or decals, it would be in the options. There would be a new option called Skin Type with two options, Colors or Textures. Once selecting textures, you can now choose from many skins for your object such as:

  • Wood (Think HR reflection) - White Marble (Glossy white w/ gold blotches) - Black Marble (Glossy black w/ white splotches) - Stone (H3 Sandbox Style) - Concrete (H2A style) - Sandstone (Sand colored Stone) - Metal (H3 foundry style) - Forerunner (HR style) - Covenant (Purple w/ Scales) - None (Default) - UNSC (H4 style)that’s just my idea to spruce things up. What about you?

I kinda wanted to make a post about something like this :stuck_out_tongue:

Since we can already colorize blocks (almost perfectly, to be honest) and even edit the sheen on them as well, why not have a couple surface options right below so we can apply patterns/bumps to objects? l love the scale pattern on Covenant objects and more realistic flooring patterns would be incredible. Lately I’ve had an inkling to create proper sidewalks and roads as well. It should be pretty easy to implement. All they have to do is paste detail maps/bump maps from objects in Campaign.

If we get this and the buildings tab back, Forge would be total perfection.
