Wake Up John Avatar Award

So a couple buddies and myself beat the co-op campaign on Legendary after midnight release.

My friend got the avatar award helmet for beating Halo4 on atleast Normal.
The award is linked to the achievement.

So i decided to check mine out…Nope i didnt get that avatar award but i do have the achievement. Im really sad and kinda frustrated that it wasnt given to me.

So im pretty sure i cannot unlock that helmet avatar award which totally sucks.
Anyone else have this happen to them?

That sounds annoying… nope, my Halo 4 copy hasn’t arrived yet, but I’ll be playing Co-op Campaign and let you know if something similar happens.

This also happened to me and I feel the same way. I finished the campaign on legendary and got wake up John achievement but no award…can anything be done about this because we earned it

Erratic behavior with servers is still being investigated. Patience is the key here.
